By placing an order on our Site, you are offering to purchase products subject to the following conditions:
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
- Payment for products must be made through one of the accepted methods listed on our Site ( PayPal, etc.).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the order, or issues with payment processing.
4. Pricing and Taxes
- All prices listed on the Site are in CDN funds and may exclude taxes, shipping, and handling charges unless otherwise stated.
- Sales tax will be charged based on your delivery address, and such tax will be added at checkout.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices due to errors, promotions, or changes in market conditions.

- We will ship orders to the address provided at checkout.
- Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (note tracking is not available on all products).
- We are not responsible for delays or damages that occur during shipping, but we will assist in resolving any issues you may face.
6. Returns and Refunds
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, you may return it within 5 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging.
- Some items, such as personalized or custom-made jewellery, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for further details.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 2 days after we receive the returned item. Please note shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged. For items with shipping included, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
7. Warranty
- Our jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear. We do not cover lost items, but we may offer a discount for a replacement, please contact us for further info.
- To claim warranty service, please contact us with your order number and the details of the issue.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Marcella Tettero o/a WaterLelie Jewellery and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Return and Refund Policy
